Importing WebDynpro from 7.0 to 7.4 NWDI

Hi experts!

Here's what I did:

- Exporting SCA File (WebDynpro) from 7.0

- Created Track and Checked-In exported SCA File into 7.4

Now I want to import it and it fails.
